Actresses Courtney Forster and Jackie Esdale are both waiting to audition for the same role in the soap opera, "A World Beyond Tomorrow", and a game one-upmanship takes place, with two skilled players.
SYNOPSIS:
Courtney Forster is chanting "white light and confidence" to herself as she waits for her turn to audition for a lead role in the popular soap opera, "A World Beyond Tomorrow". Jackie Esdale arrives to audition for the same role.
The one-upmanship starts immediately, and doesn't end until they've each tried their best to shock, goad, top and ultimately undermine the other's preparation and confidence for the audition:
Jackie's got four important auditions today, she's so in demand; Courtney 'sympathises' that Jackie's play is getting such bad reviews; Jackie saw Courtney's boyfriend with a glamorous starlet last night; Courtney tells Jackie the lead role in a film that Jackie's going for this afternoon, has already been cast ...
