GRAB:
Lisette, her country's great hope for the Olympics, is upset after coming third in an important swimming meet. But she is devastated when her coach, Gina, suggests maybe they could try a new substance to keep her on top.
SYNOPSIS
Last night, Lisette came third in the 400m freestyle after not losing a race for over 2 years. This morning, she can't continue training, and her coach, Gina, finds her in the change room where she's extremely upset and afraid her career is over.
Gina consoles Lisette, and they talk about the two girls who beat her in the race last night. Gina tells Lisette she's heard they, and many other swimmers, are taking a new substance that's not yet banned, and their results are just unbelievable. But even though they're drug tested after the race, this new substance isn't yet registering as illegal.
Lisette is terrified at this news but vows to do it the clean way. That's how Gina beat the drug cheats during her career. Gina promises to do everything she can to help Lisette get Olympic Gold.
Gina leads Lisette to a point where she offers to find out more info on this new substance, if Lisette would like her to.
